State Workers to Expand Wellness Program, Build on "Collaboration" to Achieve Savings

Hartford - Connecticut public service professionals today announced efforts to expand the Health Enhancement Program (HEP) to the state's municipalities and school districts through public education and engagement of local elected officials. A $25,000.00 "Solution-Driven Unionism" grant awarded in October by AFT to their Connecticut affiliate in recognition of the innovative employee wellness plan will help fund the campaign.
